Once upon a time there was a magical nursery called Polly's.

Some of the people who worked there were called apprentices.

The apprentices loved the idea of working with young children and had come to Polly's so they could learn how to do it really well.

The people who showed the apprentices what to do were friendly and happy and kind and patient.

And they were so good at their work that Ofsted said they were outstanding - four times in a row!

The apprentices really enjoyed being at Polly's because their work was interesting and fun and important and they felt part of the team.

And because they discovered that the best way to learn how to do things really well is... to be shown by people who do things really well.
